Adjudication is an Alternative Dispute Resolution process whereby a neutral third party, the adjudicator, reviews submissions from parties and decides the issues in dispute within a predetermined, usually short, timeframe.  The Construction Contracts Act 2013, introduced Statutory Adjudication to Ireland.
