Three appointments were international construction arbitrations; one appointment was a multi-party international construction arbitration. 30No awards rendered. Appointments came from RIAI, CIArb, Law Society and the Parties. Arbitrated under RIAI, Law Society, GDLA, GCCC, ITAA and SIMI contracts.
Appointed as Conciliator in 16No construction disputes, including 2No multi-party conciliations, and 1No international conciliation. An unusual assignment consisted of 2No parallel but separate conciliations (one party common to both conciliations) in respect of a protected structure. Conciliated under RIAI, GDLA and GCCC contracts.
