Profile

A Commercial / Contracts Manager with twenty years’ professional experience in key roles with responsibility for the commercial and contract administration of large scale capital and maintenance projects Skilled negotiator with extensive experience negotiating large construction contracts, closing final accounts and defending large scale (multi million euro) contractual claims from some of Ireland’s largest contractors and consultants.

Experienced in working as part of an Asset Development team in semi state and multinational organisations with programmes of work from €2-5 billion. Projects include civil, structural, mechanical and electrical (including specialist process systems, LV - HV) and life safety & security system.

Extensive experience in administration & commercial management of a number projects under the FIDIC Red Book (to €10 - €200m), FIDIC Yellow Book (€25m), RIAI / GDLA & IEI (€2-20m), JCT & NEC (€2-30m), PWC (€2-€15m).
