1970 Contracts Manager for 4no construction sites comprising residential, industrial and hotel development - P.V.  Doyle Construction Ltd.

1971 Project Development Manager responsible for residential, commercial and industrial development - Dublin Freehold Investments Ltd.

1973 -1986 Principal JT Gibbons & Associates, Architects, Chartered Engineers & Planning Consultants, appeared as an expert witness in a number of building dispute cases, arbitrations and planning appeal oral hearings.
