My experience to date has primarily involved the management of large construction and civil engineering projects, principally in the area of water/waste water/main drainage. I also have experience in the construction of national regional roads and of motorway construction.
Over the past 30 years or so, I have worked on a wide variety of projects, across a number of sectors, including site investigation, piling, tunnelling, roads, water, waste water, main drainage, heavy civils, estuarine/marine, airport, mechanical and electrical, microelectronics and pharmaceuticals. During this time, I have developed the considerable expertise in the following areas:
Consideration of overall project procurement strategies in terms of project delivery from the outset and making recommendations in respect of same.
Production and review of Contract documents.
Tender assessment, technical/commercial bid analysis and award recommendations in respect of contractors and equipment.
Evaluation of construction quality issues on site giving rise to disagreements or disputes.
Appraisal of extension of time entitlements.
